Big Boy’s Chicken Gravy Recipe

Ingredients:-
Chicken broth (28 oz), Onion powder (1/2 tsp), Chicken bouillon powder (1 tbsp), Bisques (2/3 c)

Method Of Preparation:-
Take broth, Bisques, onion powder and chicken bouillon powder and blend it properly at a high speed. Blend it for 1 minute or until smooth and pour it in a saucepan and cook it at a medium heat with continuous stirring. Cook it for 4-5 minutes or until it comes to boil and is smoothened and thickened. Serve at once and it can be freezed up to 4 months.

Chicken Jalapeno Rolls Recipe

Chicken Jalapeño RollsThis is very marvelous recipe in which chicken breasts are filled with jalapeño pepper, cream cheese and cheddar cheese. It can be served in number of ways and as per your tastes and creativity.

Ingredients:
Chicken breast halves (4 skinless, boneless), Cheddar cheese (1/4 cup grated), Cream cheese (8 oz.), Jalapeño pepper( seeded,1), Egg roll wrappers (4), Jalapeño pepper jelly, Tomato (thinly sliced,1), Green onions(2-3, finely chopped), Head lettuce (¾ , finely chopped), Olive oil, Salt, Pepper

Method Of Preparation:-
Take cheddar cheese, jalapeño pepper and cream cheese, mix them well in a food processor, until they become smooth. Now take boneless and skinless chicken breast and pound them thin. Now take the cheese mixture and spread ¼ of the mixture at the center of the chicken breasts. Now roll up the chicken with the end folding inside and secure up with the tooth pick. Sauté it in a nonstick pan with little of olive oil. Sauté it on medium-low heat. After juices run clear, remove from the pan and wrap them in the egg wrappers. Cook again until they become crispy and crunchy. Now serve it with thinly sliced tomatoes and finely chopped head lettuce and onions or simply with jalapeño jelly as u wish.
