Chicken and Rice Tortillas Recipe
It is a very tasty, simple and healthy meal. In this beans and rice is wrapped in the warm tortillas.
Ingredients:
Boneless chickens (3), Rice and beans, or just rice (1-2 boxes), Tortillas, Garlic (to taste)
Method Of Preparation:-
Firstly prepare the rice or take the leftover rice of previous night. Take the chicken and cut it into small pieces and cook it in a skillet on high heat with the little oil in it. Now add garlic to the chicken and warm up the tortillas. Now place the rice on one half of the tortilla and put chicken on the top of the rice. Now fold up the tortillas and serve them.

BLT Chicken Ranch Pitas Recipe
In this recipe chicken breasts are combined with the sour cream, cheese, bacon, ranch dressing’s mix, tomatoes and lettuce in the sandwich.
Ingredients:
Chicken Breast Halves (2 Skinless, Boneless), Crisp-Cooked, Crumbled Bacon (1/2 Cup), Shredded Cheddar Cheese (1 Cup), Dry Ranch Dressing Mix (1 Packet), Pita Bread or tortillas, Diced Tomatoes (1 Cup), Shredded Lettuce (1 Cup), Cooking Oil (1 Tsp.), Sour Cream {1 (16 oz.) Container}
Method Of Preparation:-
Take a oil in a skillet and heat it. Now sauté chicken until properly done. Cut chicken in a small pieces and let it cool in the bowl. Now combine chicken, sour cream, crumbled bacon and ranch cheese. Now refrigerate it for at least 1 hr and cut the bread in the half and spread mixture in it. Top up with lettuce and tomatoes.

Ingredients:
Thinly sliced Deli chicken, pulled apart (allow 3 slices for one serving, 6 for two, etc), Monterey Jack cheese (sliced), Minced garlic (1 tsp), Chopped onions, Orange Bell peppers (cut into strips), Yellow bell pepper (cut into strips), Green bell pepper (cut into strips), Red bell pepper (cut into strips), Mushrooms - sliced, Olive oil, Black pepper (to taste), Curry powder (to taste), Red wine vinegar, Tortilla wraps
Method Of Preparation:-
Firstly preheat grill to medium and in skillet heat 1 tbsp olive oil and add onions and garlic and cook it for 1 minute. Now add mushrooms and peppers to skillet. Now add curry powder and red wine vinegar in the skillet and stir it constantly so that peppers are fully cooked. If you feel that oil is less and peppers are sticking to the skillet add more oil in it. Now add black peppers in it and when the peppers are cooked, add shredded chicken in it. Cook it for 5 minutes on a medium to high heat. Now place slices of cheese in the tortilla wraps and add mixture of chicken in it. Grill it for minute and a half.

Chicken breast fillets (4), Ranch Dressing, Sesame seed hamburger buns (4), Mayonnaise (1/3 cup), Sour cream (2 tbsp), White vinegar (1½ tsp), Tomato slices (4), Lemon juice (1/4 tsp), Salt (1/8 tsp),
Buttermilk (1 tbsp), Parsley (1/8 tsp), Onion powder (1/8 tsp), Unflavored gelatin (½ tsp), Vegetable shortening (6-8 cups), Egg (1), Water (1 cup), All-purpose flour (1 cup), Paprika (1tsp), Onion powder (1 tsp), Garlic powder (1/8 tsp), Lettuce leaves (4), Onion (1), Hot water (2 tsp), Sugar (1 tsp), Salt (2 ½ tsp), Dash dill weed, Dash garlic powder, Dash ground black pepper
Method Of Preparation:-
Take 6-8 cups of shortening in a deep fryer and preheat it to 350 degrees. You can also fry them in a large frying pan. To prepare ranch dressings, combine all the ingredients except water and gelatin in a bowl and mix them well. In a separate bowl mix water and gelatin until all the gelatin is dissolved. Add this in the mixture and stir. Cover it and refrigerate it. Beat the egg and combine 1 cup of water in a small shallow bowl. Stir it well. Now combine flour, paprika, salt, garlic powder and onion powder in a bowl. Now pound each of the chicken with mallet until ¼ inch thick and fill it with mixture and roll it in the egg and water mixture. Now coat it with egg mixture. And fry it until it is lightly brown or for 8 to 12 minutes. As chicken is frying prepare burger by applying ranch dressing on both sides of the burger. Now stack lettuce leaf and a tomato slice and onions and when chicken is fried place it on the top of the tomato and lettuce leaf. Put the top of the bun and serve it.

Sauce:
Take all the ingredients for sauce blend them well to make a thin paste. Now refrigerate the sauce while chicken is cooking.
Chicken:
Now for chicken, sauté it in 2-3 tbsp of oil in a skillet over high heat for 15 min. Add spices, cardamom, sumac, salt and pepper in the chicken. Stir them well and simmer it for 30 minutes. While chicken is cooking make French fries by peeling and cutting potatoes in thin slices. Fry them at high heat in oil. You can also take French fries ready made from the market. Sprinkle salt and pepper on the fries. Now brush the remaining oil on the tortillas and spread evenly. Now add chicken strips and fries in the centre of tortilla and sauce and fold them. Bake it the oven for about 20 minutes at 425 degrees. Bake it until the tortillas are crispy and they are golden brown. Remove it, cut in half and serve with a fresh tomato basil salsa or alone and enjoy it.

Take mayonnaise, non fat plain yogurt, lime juice, apricot preserves, curry powder, salt and pepper in a bowl and whisk it until it becomes smooth. Now pour the cucumber, celery, golden raisins, parsely or cilantro, chopped almonds and cooked chicken in the bowl. Refrigerate it for 30-40 minutes, covered. Now divide the mixture evenly in 4 parts and spread it on your tortillas. Roll them. If you want to carry your sandwiches to picnic then wrap them in aluminum file. Otherwise serve it.

Put thin slices of provolone cheese, Genoa salami, ham, turkey breast onions and peppers on the top of it. After it put the Italian dressing on roll tops and place the rolls on sandwich. Use aluminum foil to wrap the sandwich. Bake it in a oven at 350 degree for 5-6 minutes. Remove the foil and cut the sandwiches. Add a toothpick and arrange on a platter. Serve it.

Take care that u had kept the yogurt in the refrigerator for at least 6-7 hours. You can also kept it in refrigerator after preparing it. But serve it cool with the sandwich. Now for sandwich, cut chicken into thin slices and cook it properly. Now take the pita bread, cut in half and fill it with chicken and feta cheese. Now cut the thin slices of tomato and put it on the plate along with lettuce leaves. Serve it with yogurt immediately.
