Southern Chicken Delight Recipe
This is Mexican recipe in which chicken is cooked with tomatoes, sauces, onions and peppers.
Ingredients:
Whole chicken (1), Worcestershire sauce (1 Tbsp.), Soy sauce (1 Tbsp.), Margarine (2 Tbsp.), Onion (1, medium, chopped), Green pepper (1,chopped), Chili powder (2 Tbsp.), Brown sugar (1/4 cup), Garlic powder (1/4 to 1/2 tsp.), Diced tomatoes (as per requirement), Tomato sauce, White rice
Method Of Preparation:-
Take a whole chicken, wash it properly and cook one whole chicken. Now remove the skin and bones from the cooked chicken and cut the chicken into small pieces. Now take a saucepan, melt margarine in the saucepan and sauté chopped onions and a green pepper in the pan. Cook until the onions are clear-looking. Now add all the other ingredients wiz. Chicken, brown sugar, tomatoes, tomato sauce, chili powder, Worcestershire sauce, soy sauce and garlic powder. Stir it well and cook on a low heat , covered, for 15-20 minutes. Serve over your favorite rice.

Judy’s Chinese Chicken Salad Recipe
This recipe is very easy to make and when you want something different, healthy and light. You will definitely find this dish as a great substitute of ready to eat food.
Ingredients:
Chicken breasts (3 split), Sie Fu or Mei fu noodles (½ packet), Long green onions (chopped,1 bunch), Head lettuce (1, shredded), Sesame seeds (¼ cup, toasted), Sliced almonds, toasted (1 small packet), White vinegar (½ cup), Oil (½ cup), Pepper (½ tsp), Salt (2 tsp), Sugar( 4 tbsp)
Method Of Preparation:-
Take the cooked chicken breast and shred it finely. Set aside. Now take a pack of noodles and cook them quickly in hot oil according to the directions written on the packet. Now put sesame seeds, onions, head lettuce (shredded) and almonds and mix them well. Now combine sugar, salt, pepper, oil and white vinegar and mix well all the ingredients. Now pour this mixture over the salad and serve it.

Chicken Alfredo Lasagna Recipe
This is the Italian dish and if you have a taste for Italian dishes and Alfredo sauce, you will definitely love this great chicken noodles which are layered by cheese, sauce, onions and tomatoes. Every layer has its own taste.
Ingredients:
Chicken breasts( 6,boneless and skinless), Garlic roasted alfredo sauce( 2 jars), No boil lasagna noodles (1 box), Frozen chopped spinach (1 box), Milk (1 cup), Balsamic vinegar (1 cup), Olive oil (1/3 cup), Mozzarella cheese(4 cups divided and shredded), Ricotta cheese (1 8 oz container), Parmesan cheese (¼ cup), Tomatoes(3, chopped fine), Onion(1 medium and finely chopped ), Italian dressing mix (1 package), Italian seasoning to taste, Garlic salt to taste, Pepper to taste
Method Of Preparation:-
Take chicken and rinse it thoroughly. After it place the chicken in the large storage bag and keep it in refrigerator. Before refrigerating pour the balsamic vinegar, olive oil and Italian dressing in the bag and shake it well. Now keep in the refrigerator for 1-1 ½ hour. After it grill in the microwave until the chicken no longer remains pink from the center. Now cut the small pieces of chicken not longer and bigger than bite size pieces and put milk and Alfredo in it. Whisk and blend well. Take frozen chopped spinach and defrost in the microwave. Drain it well and mix the salt and pepper according to your taste buds. Now take a different bowl and mix Italian seasoning, ricotta and Parmesan cheese in it. Now in 13 ×9 “baking dish, spread a thin layer of Alfredo sauce at the bottom of the dish. Now spread evenly the layer of noodles over the top of the sauce and add a layer of ricotta mixture and tomatoes over it. Now again spread a thin layer of Alfredo sauce on it and a layer of noodles. Now make a layer of drained spinach and onions over it and above the layer of onions and spinach make a thin layer of mozzarella cheese. Now make another layer of chicken over the noodles and a layer of Alfredo sauce. Sprinkle mozzarella cheese again and make a layer of it. Cover with noodles and spread the remaining Alfredo sauce. Top up with the remaining cheese and bake it for 45 minutes at a temperature of 400

Spicy Chicken Over Angel Hair Pasta Recipe

Ingredients:-
Boneless chicken breasts (1 ½ lbs), Bell pepper (1), Hot cherry peppers (4), Olive oil (to coat pan), Angel hair pasta(1 lb), Chopped tomatoes (1 can), Carrot ( thinly cut), Garlic (2-4 cloves), Medium onion (1), Mushrooms (4-5), Parmesan cheese
Method Of Preparation:-
Firstly cut chicken into bite size pieces and remove the seed from hot pepper and cut it into small strips or pieces. Cut bell pepper and onion into bite size chunks and carrots into fingers. Take a pan and add olive oil in it. Heat it and add carrots onions hot and ball peppers sauté it for 2 minutes. Now add chicken cook it for 4-5 minutes now add garlic, mushrooms and tomatoes and sauté for 1 minute. Cook pasta according to packet directions, drain it and add chicken over it. Sprinkle cheese and serve.

Szechuan Chicken Stir Fry Recipe
In this chicken is first marinated and then stir fried with vegetables.
Ingredients:-
Chicken breasts (1lb, skinless and boneless), Medium shrimp (1/2 to 1 lb. peeled and deveined), Lemon-pepper bottled marinade (I use Lawry’s), Frozen Szechuan-style stir-fry mixed vegetables (1 packet), Sliced water chestnuts (1 small can), Small button mushroom (10-15), Cooking oil, Cooked Basmati rice
Method Of Preparation:-
Take the glass dish or a ziploc bag with lemon pepper marinade to coat the chicken. Now add the cut pieces of chicken in that. Marinate for at least 1 -1 ½ hour, the longer u marinate the tastier it becomes. Take a pan and add cooking oil. Heat it and add chicken to it, stir fry it until it no longer remains pink.
Now add the shrimps to it and sauté it 1-2 minutes. Remove from the heat. Now take frozen bag of Szechuan stir-fry mix and cook it as per the directions given on the packet. Now add drained water chestnuts and mushrooms along with the chicken and shrimps. Cook for 1 minute and serve it as you like with or without rice or pasta.

Chicken and Mushrooms in Tomato Cream Sauce Recipe
This is a very tasty and easy to make recipe in which chicken is cooked with mushrooms and tomatoes.
Ingredients:
Chicken tenders (16-18 pieces, 2 lbs), Chicken broth (1½ cup), Shallots(finely chopped, 2), Sun-dried tomatoes (chopped coarsely, ½ cup), Garlic cloves (minced, 4), Thinly sliced basil (¼ cup), Fresh white mushrooms (sliced,1 lb), Garlic cloves (minced, 4), Crushed red pepper flakes (¾ tsp.), Olive oil (¼ cup), Butter (2 tbsp.), Flour (1 cup), Dry sherry (1 cup), Heavy whipping cream (½ cup), Salt, Pepper, Cooked pasta or rice
Method of preparation
Take a pan and melt butter in it. Now add sliced mushrooms and cook on medium-high heat. Stir continuously, till mushrooms loss their water and are slightly brown in color. Now add shallots and cook for 2-3 minutes so that they become soft and after that add garlic, tomatoes and pepper flakes. Sauté it for 2-3 minutes. Remove the pan from heat, put the mushrooms in a plate and set aside. Now take the chicken, wash it properly, add salt and pepper and coat it in the flour. Shake off excess of the flour. Now in the same pan in which mushrooms were cooked add olive oil and heat it. When oil is heated up properly add chicken in the oil and fry it until it becomes brown in color.
Take care that you don’t burn the flour on the chicken, to avoid it cook chicken on a medium heat and put chicken in less amount in the pan, don’t overcrowd the pan. Cook for only 2 minutes. Now put the chicken in a plate and set aside. Your chicken would not be completely cooked till now. Now add sherry in the pan and boil it. Add chicken broth and boil it in the same pan with sherry. Now add chicken in the pan, be sure the at chicken comes in only one layer at the bottom of the pan and boil it. Now simmer the gas and cook for 5-8 minutes, covered. Now pour tomato and mushroom mixture over the chicken, stir it. Add cream over it and stir it so that cream mixes up with the chicken. Now sprinkle 2 tbsp. of basil and cook it for 5-6 minutes on simmer. Serve it with rice or pasta

Baked Lemon Chicken And Dried Cranberries Recipe
In this recipe chicken is roasted with lots of garlic and is served with a creamy cranberry-pecan sauce.
Ingredients:
Chicken:
Whole chicken (13½ -pound), Chicken broth (1 cup), Apple cider or white wine (1 cup), Bell’s seasoning or Old Bay seasoning (1 tbsp), Carrots (2), Lemons (2), Celery (2 stalks), Onions(2), Garlic (40 cloves)
Sauce:
All-purpose flour (3 tbsp), Coarsely chopped pecans (½ cup), Dried cranberries (½ cup), Unsalted butter (3 tbsp), Baking liquid (1 cup), Dash bottled hot pepper sauce, Whipping cream (½ cup), Salt, Powdered white pepper, Powdered black pepper
Method Of Preparation:-
Chicken:
Trim and peel carrot, onion and garlic. Now preheat your oven to 375 degrees F. Now put carrots, onions, garlic and celery in the bottom of the13×9” baking pan and add chicken on it. Cut the zest of lemons and place it in the cavity of the chicken. Now take the Bell’s seasoning and rub the chicken all over it. Pour the chicken broth and the cider sauce over the chicken. Bake it for about 2 to 2 ½ hours or until the chicken is crisp and the legs move easily in the socket and the juices run clear.
Sauce:
Put the baking liquid in a bowl and measure 1 cup liquid. Now melt the butter in a saucepan and add pecans and dried cranberries. Now sauté it for 1-2 minutes. Whisk the flour and cook the material till it smells nutty, but take care that u don’t burn the material. Now add one cup of baking liquid and mix it well. Continuously whisk it while adding it to the mixture so that lumps are not formed. Slowly add the cream, till the mixture thickens. But continue to whisk. Put salt, white and black pepper and dash of a hot sauce according to your taste. For serving cut the wings and legs from the chicken and cut breast into small pieces. Arrange it on platter and serve it with or without salad, mashed potatoes or rice whatever you like.

Chicken Florentine Casserole Recipe
Chicken Florentine casserole is very tasty dish which has a combination of chicken, sauce, spinach, cheese, pasta and basil. Its aroma is great and you like to eat it.
Ingredients:
Chicken breast halves( 2 to 3 lbs., skinless & boneless), Pasta shells (8 oz. medium ,cooked &drained), Alfredo sauce mix (1 envelope), Frozen chopped spinach (1 box, thawed & drained), Olive oil (2 tbsp), Basil (2 tsp), Curd cottage cheese (16 ounces small), Italian-blend cheese (16 ounces shredded)
Method Of Preparation:-
Prepare the alfredo sauce as directed on the envelope. Take oven and preheat it to 350 degrees. Now cover your skinless and boneless chicken with a plastic wrap and pound it with the meat mallet to about half the original thickness. Now take olive oil in the pan and heat it. Now toss the basil leaves (1 tsp) and cooked pasta shells in the olive oil. Spread it in a 9×13″ baking dish. Now place half of the chicken evenly on the pasta. Spread cottage cheese over the chicken and then spread spinach over it. Now sprinkle half of the Alfredo sauce, Italian cheese and rest of the basil. Now put the remaining chicken on the top of it and put the remaining food items i.e. Alfredo sauce and Italian cheese. Then bake it for 45 minutes in the oven.

Chicken Parmesan Recipe
This is very easy recipe in which chicken is baked with spaghetti sauce and cheese for a great flavor and taste.
Ingredients:
Chicken breast halves (4), Eggs (2), Parmesan Cheese(½ cup), Mozzarella Cheese (1cup, 4 oz), Spaghetti Sauce (1 jar,15-1/2 oz), Italian Bread Crumbs (1 cup), Olive Oil (¼ cup)
Method Of Preparation:-
Take the Parmesan cheese and grate it and shred the mozzarella cheese before preparing the dish. Take boneless and skinless chicken and dip in the beaten eggs and then dip it in bread crumbs. Take a skillet and heat olive oil in it. Now cook the chicken in the oil until it turns golden brown. Switch on your oven while you are preparing this and preheat to 400 degrees. Pour spaghetti sauce into11×7″ baking dish and put chicken in this dish on the top of sauce and pour both cheeses. Then place the dish in the oven and bake it for 15 minutes or until the chicken melts.

Homemade Chicken And Noodles Recipe

Method Of Preparation:-
Boil the chicken in pan until it is properly cooked. In the mean time, beat eggs together and mix flour into the beaten eggs. Add flour to it until mixture become thick. Spread flour over pan (this will make your work easier and will also help you to spread the mixture evenly and smoothly). Roll the mixture until it is flat. Flour can be used if needed. After it becomes flat, spray the flour over it smoothly and evenly and cut the rolled mixture. After cutting it peel the pieces apart and let them dry in the sunlight. After boiling the chicken completely, drain it in a bowl and remove meat from bones. Place both noodles and chicken into slow cooker. You can add chicken broth in it if desired at same time when you are adding the noodles and chicken in a slow cooker. Let it cook until the noodles become nice and tender. Your slow cooker can be kept on high or low flame depending on the amount of soup you want.
