In this recipe marinated chicken is served with lettuce, cabbage, carrots, onions and noodles. It is tasty as well as very nutritious dish.
Ingredients
Chicken breast fillets (4), Teriyaki marinade (1 cup), Fat-Free Asian Dressing, Dry pectin (3 Tbsp), Crispy chow mein noodles (1 1/3 cups), Chopped romaine lettuce (8 cups), Chopped iceberg lettuce (8 cups), Shredded red cabbage (3 cups), Shredded green cabbage (3 cups), Shredded carrots (2 cups), Chopped green onion (1 cup), Garlic powder (1/4 tsp), Ground black pepper (1/4 tsp), Paprika (1/4 tsp), White vinegar (1 tbsp), Soy sauce (1/2 tsp), Salt (1 tsp), Granulated sugar (1/2 cup), Water (2 cups)
Method Of Preparation:-
First take a medium bowl and combine teriyaki marinade and chicken breasts in it. Now marinate chicken in this for at least 4 hrs. Now take all the ingredients and prepare dressings by combining it in a small saucepan and cooking it on a medium heat. Bring mixture to a rolling boil while stirring often with a whisk. Now remove the pan from heat and let it cool. When it is cooled refrigerate it for 2-3 hrs until chill. Take marinated chicken breasts and grill them at high heat in a BBQ grill. Grill chicken for 3-4 minutes per side or until chicken is fully cooked. Now combine red and green cabbage, and iceberg lettuce and romaine lettuce in the dressing and mix and toss it well. Divide it equally in four plates and sprinkle onions and chow mein noodles over each plate. Now sprinkle the cooked and sliced chicken over each plate and put carrots in the center of it and serve it.

Firstly, take the chicken wash it and dry it properly. Now marinade the chicken in the mixture of lemon juice. To make marinade, combine lemon juice, soy and chili sauce, oil, pepper, garlic, celery and mustard. Now cut chicken wings and dip in the marinade. Method Of Preparation:-
Take 6-8 cups of shortening in a deep fryer and preheat it to 350 degrees. You can also fry them in a large frying pan. To prepare ranch dressings, combine all the ingredients except water and gelatin in a bowl and mix them well. In a separate bowl mix water and gelatin until all the gelatin is dissolved. Add this in the mixture and stir. Cover it and refrigerate it. Beat the egg and combine 1 cup of water in a small shallow bowl. Stir it well. Now combine flour, paprika, salt, garlic powder and onion powder in a bowl. Now pound each of the chicken with mallet until ¼ inch thick and fill it with mixture and roll it in the egg and water mixture. Now coat it with egg mixture. And fry it until it is lightly brown or for 8 to 12 minutes. As chicken is frying prepare burger by applying ranch dressing on both sides of the burger. Now stack lettuce leaf and a tomato slice and onions and when chicken is fried place it on the top of the tomato and lettuce leaf. Put the top of the bun and serve it.

Sauce:
Take all the ingredients for sauce blend them well to make a thin paste. Now refrigerate the sauce while chicken is cooking.
Chicken:
Now for chicken, sauté it in 2-3 tbsp of oil in a skillet over high heat for 15 min. Add spices, cardamom, sumac, salt and pepper in the chicken. Stir them well and simmer it for 30 minutes. While chicken is cooking make French fries by peeling and cutting potatoes in thin slices. Fry them at high heat in oil. You can also take French fries ready made from the market. Sprinkle salt and pepper on the fries. Now brush the remaining oil on the tortillas and spread evenly. Now add chicken strips and fries in the centre of tortilla and sauce and fold them. Bake it the oven for about 20 minutes at 425 degrees. Bake it until the tortillas are crispy and they are golden brown. Remove it, cut in half and serve with a fresh tomato basil salsa or alone and enjoy it.

Plug your oven and preheat it to 400°. Now in a small bowl mix honey, lime juice, canola oil and paprika.
