Szechuan Chicken Stir Fry Recipe
In this chicken is first marinated and then stir fried with vegetables.
Ingredients:-
1. Chicken breasts (1lb, skinless and boneless)
2. Medium shrimp (1/2 to 1 lb. peeled and deveined)
3. Lemon-pepper bottled marinade (I use Lawry’s)
4. Frozen Szechuan-style stir-fry mixed vegetables (1 packet)
5. Sliced water chestnuts (1 small can)
6. Small button mushroom (10-15)
7. Cooking oil
8. Cooked Basmati rice
Method Of Preparation:-
1. Take the glass dish or a Ziploc bag with lemon pepper, marinade it to coat the chicken. Now add the cut pieces of chicken in that.
2. Marinate for at least 1 -1 ½ hour, the longer u marinate the tastier it becomes.
3. Take a pan and add cooking oil. Heat it and add chicken to it, stir fry it until it no longer remains pink.
4. Now add the shrimps to it and sauté it 1-2 minutes. Remove from the heat. Now take frozen bag of Szechuan stir-fry mix and cook it as per the directions given on the packet.
5. Add drained water chestnuts and mushrooms along with the chicken and shrimps. Cook for 1 minute and serve it as you like with or without rice or pasta.
