Oven Fried Chicken Thighs Recipe

Ingredients
1. Chicken thighs, skin removed, if desired (2pounds)
2. whole milk or evaporated milk (1/3c)
3. paprika (1tsp)
4. salt (1/2tsp)
5. instant mashed potatoes flakes (1c)

Method of preparation:-
1. Take a pie plate or shallow bowl; add paprika, potato flakes, ½ teaspoon of salt in it. Mix it well.

2. Take a bowl, put milk in it. First dip chicken pieces in milk and then coat them with potato mixture. Press the chicken pieces to coat the mixture properly.

3. Take a baking pan of 13*9 inches; place the chicken thighs in it. Now place the baking pan in oven and bake it for about 45 minutes at 425 degrees F until the chicken gets soft. If the juices run clear when you pierced the chicken with fork then the chicken is ready to serve.
