Tarragon Chicken Recipe
Chicken is cooked with chicken broth, butter, mushrooms and tarragon.
Ingredients:-
Chicken breasts, (boned skinned and pounded to 1/4 inch thickness,2 whole), Chicken broth (1 c.), Butter, divided (4 tbsp.), Sliced mushrooms (1/2 lb.), All purpose flour (2 tbsp.), Minced fresh tarragon (1 1/4 tsp.), Salt, Freshly ground black pepper
Method Of Preparations:-
Take chicken and dredge it in the flour and cook it butter (2 tbsp.) and brown it. Now remove the chicken to a warm platter and add remaining 2 tbsp of butter in it and sauté mushrooms. Sprinkle mushrooms with 2 tbsp flour and blend it well. Now add chicken broth gradually and then tarragon. Now cook it until it thickens. Now season with salt and pepper. Return chicken to the pan and heat it through. Cook until sauce is slightly thick
