Easy Garlic Broiled Chicken Recipe
Ingredients
1. Boneless chicken thighs with skin (6)
2. dried parsley (1tbsp)
3. black pepper (1/4tsp)
4. soy sauce (3tbsp)
5. minced garlic (3tbsp)
6. butter (1/2c)
7. dried parsley (to taste)
Method of preparation:-
1. First heat the oven broiler to 375. Take a baking pan, grease it lightly. Take a safe bowl of microwave, mix butter, parsley, pepper, soy sauce, garlic in it.
2. Place the bowl in microwave and cook it for about 2 minutes on high until the butter gets melted.
3. Place the chicken on the baking pan and coat the chicken with butter mixture. Keep some of the mixture aside for basting. Now broil the chicken for about 20 minutes until the juices get clear. Turn the sides of chicken irregularly and basting it with left over butter mixture. Now it is ready to serve. Sprinkle the dried parsley over it and then serve it.
