Easy Chicken Thighs Recipe

Ingredients
1. Chicken thighs (4.5lbs)
2. bay leaves (3)
3. black peppercorns (1tsp)
4. crushed garlic (4cloves)
5. soy sauce (1/2c)
6. white vinegar (1/2c)

Method of preparation:-
1. Take a large pot, mix all the ingredients in it. Cover the pot and keep it aside for about 1 to 3 hours to marinate.

2. Place the pot on medium heat and keep the mixture to boil. Then turn down the heat to low, cover it and keep it to simmer by stirring it irregularly for about 30 minutes.

3. Now remove the cover and again keep it to simmer for about 20 minutes until the chicken gets soft and the sauce gets thickened or reduced to half. Now the dish is ready. Serve it with rice.
