Easy Cheese Chicken Recipe
Ingredients
Chicken thighs (8 to 9 pieces), sherry (1/2c), grated cheddar cheese (2c), finely cut green onion (6 to 8), chopped celery (1/2c), cream of chicken soup, undiluted (1/2can), cream of celery soup, undiluted (1/2can).
Method of preparation:-
Take a casserole dish, spray it with pam and then place the raw chicken in it. Take a bowl; add onions, celery, sherry, soups and half of cheese in it. Mix all these ingredients properly and then pour over the chicken. Cover the casserole dish with aluminium foil and place it in oven and bake it for 1 ½ hours at 375 degrees F. Now uncover the dish, add onions and left over cheese on chicken. Again bake it for about ½ an hour more at 350 degrees F until the chicken gets brown in color. Now take it out from the oven and serve it.
