Apple Brandy Chicken Recipe
This recipe is made with chicken breast, apple brandy, onions, mushrooms, cream and butter.
Ingredients:
Chicken breast halves (4), Apple brandy (1/3 cup), Sliced mushrooms (8 ounces), Fresh thyme leaves (1 teaspoon), Butter (2 teaspoons), Olive oil (2 teaspoons), Green onions, chopped (4), Whipping cream or heavy cream (1/2 cup), Salt, Pepper
Preparation:
Firstly take the chicken and flatten it until they are thinned uniformly. Now sprinkle salt and pepper and in a skillet heat oil and butter in the mean time over medium heat. Add chicken breasts in it and cook for 5 minutes or until chicken is browned from all sides. Add mushrooms after that and cook for 5 minutes. Now add apple brandy and onions and cook until the mushrooms are tender and chicken is cooked properly. Now add cream and thyme and simmer it until it thickens. Add salt and pepper according to your taste.
