Afghan Chicken Recipe
In this chicken is grilled after marinated with yoghurt and spices.
Ingredients:
1. Chicken breast (1/2 kg)
2. Garlic paste (1 tsp)
3. Curd (2 cup)
4. Black pepper (1 tsp)
5. Lemon juice (2 tsp)
6. Salt (to taste)
7. chat masala (1 to 2 tsp)
Method Of Preparations:-
1. Mix garlic paste, curd, black pepper, lemon juice and salt in the bowl. Now clean the chicken and remove the fat from the chicken.
2. Marinate the chicken in the refrigerator for overnight. Keep your bowl covered while marinated.
3. Now remove the chicken from the marinate and grill it for 10 minutes from each side until it is cooked well. Sprinkle the chat masala, lemon juice and serve it hot with rice or as you wish.
