Chicken With Green Bell Peppers Recipe
Ingredients
Chicken (8med. Size pieces about 800gms), fresh cream (1c), lemon juice (2tsp), garlic paste (1tsp), ginger paste (1tsp), green chilies (1), tomato puree (4tbsp), green bell peppers, cut into strips (2), onions made into paste (2med.), red chili powder (1tsp), cumin powder (1tsp), garam masala (1tsp)salt (to taste), black pepper powder (1tsp), turmeric powder (1tsp), finely chopped coriander leaves (for garnishes).
Method of preparation:-
Take a heavy bottomed pan, place it over medium heat. Heat clarified butter or oil in it and fry ginger-garlic pastes and onions in it. Add turmeric in it and fry for about 2 minutes. Now add chicken with and the remaining ingredients except fresh cream in the pan. Mix them properly and cook them for about 20 minutes on medium heat until the chicken gets cooked. Now add fresh cream in the chicken and mix it well. Cover the pan and cook it for about 5 minutes on low heat until the chicken gets cooked. When it gets ready then decorate it with chopped coriander leaves and serve it.
