Chipotle Chicken Chili Recipe

Ingredients:
Chicken breasts (4 cubed, skinless, boneless), Onion (chopped 1 medium), Ground cumin (1 1/2 tsp.), Dried oregano crushed (1 tsp.), Garlic powder (2 tsp.), Chopped red bell pepper (1/2 can), Chopped and drained roasted red sweet peppers (1/2 cup), Finely chopped canned chipotle peppers in adobo sauce (1 to 2 tsp.), Reduced-sodium chicken broth (2 cans), Pinto beans, rinsed and drained (2 cans), Whole kernel corn (1 can), Lime or lemon pepper seasoning (1 tsp.), Lime juice (2 tbsp.), Olive oil (2 tbsp.), Salt (1 tbsp.)

Method Of Preparation:-
Take a large skillet and pour oil in it. Heat it and put chicken, onions, lime pepper seasoning, cumin, garlic powder and oregano. Cook it on a medium high heat for 5-7 minutes or until chicken is no longer pink. Now add chicken broth, beans, bell peppers, roasted peppers, corn and chipotle peppers and stir then well. Boil it and then simmer the gas for 20 minutes. Add lime juice just before serving.
