Chinese Chicken Pasta Recipe

Ingredients
1. Boneless chicken breasts, skinned and cut into strips (1pound)
2. dried wide Chinese noodles or fettuccini (12 ounces)
3. soy sauce (2tbsp)
4. oyster flavored sauce (1/4c)
5. shredded carrots (2med.)
6. chopped onion (1med.)
7. sliced green onions (2bunches)
8. green cabbage, shredded (1/2 small head about 4 cups)
9. fresh minced ginger (1tsp)
10. minced garlic (1clove)
11. salt
12. oil (2tbsp)

Method of preparation:-
1. Take a large pot, boil water in it and add salt and noodles in it. Cook the noodles until they get soft. Then drain them and place them in large bowl.

2. Take a frying pan, heat oil in it. Add garlic, ginger and chicken in it and fry it by stirring for about 5 minutes until the chicken gets soft. Then add cabbage, carrots, onion, green onions, soy sauce and oyster sauce in it and fry them for few minutes. Mix cooked noodles in it and serve them at once.
