Chicken Tikka Recipe
In this recipe chicken breast are cooked with onions, garlic and tomatoes and garnished with onions, tomatoes and coriander leaves.
Ingredients:-
Chicken breasts, skinned & boned (4), Onion, grated (1 sm.), Chili powder (1 1/2 tsp.), Yogurt (5/8 c.), Coriander leaves (2 tbsp.), Garlic cloves (4 crushed), Fresh ginger, peeled & chopped (1 1/2 inch), Ground coriander (1 tbsp.), Onion thinly sliced into rings (1 lg.), Tomatoes sliced (2 lg.), Salt (1 tsp.)
Method Of Preparation:-
First take the yogurt, garlic cloves, ginger, onions, chili powder, coriander and salt and combine them in the bowl and set aside. Now cut the chicken into 1 inch cubes and add to marinade. Now mix it well, cover and chill it for overnight. Heat broiler and put chicken in the skewers or in the broiler and grill it for 5-8 minutes, turning occasionally so that chicken is cooked properly. Now garnish your chicken with rings of onions, tomatoes and coriander leaves.
