Stuffed Chicken Thighs Recipe
Ingredients
Boneless, skinless chicken thighs (6), fresh ground pepper (1/4tsp), salt (1/4tsp), fresh spinach (1/2ounce), mushrooms (4ounces), Monterey jack cheese, shredded (1ounce), water (1/2c), honey (3tbsp), garlic salt (1tsp), tarragon (1tsp), paprika (1/2tsp).
Method of preparation:-
Take chicken thighs, wash them and then pat dry them. Place them in flat dish with inside up. Take a pan, add sliced mushrooms in it, sprinkle salt and pepper over them. Sauté them until they get brown and then take off the pan from heat. Take spinach, wash it and then remove the stem of spinach. Chop the spinach and then add it to the mushrooms, mix it until it gets wilted. Place mixture filling mixture of about 2 tablespoon on each chicken thigh. Spread the cheese on each chicken thigh. Now seal the thighs with toothpick and then place it in pie dish. Now sprinkle the crushed tarragon, paprika and garlic salt over the thighs. Then sprinkle honey over it. Add water to the pie pan, cover the pan with foil. Place the pan in oven and bake it for about 30 minutesat 350 degrees F. Now take off the foil from the pan and bake it for another 15 minutes. Then sprinkle the left over cheese over the chicken and bake it until the chicken gets melted. When it gets ready then serve it with rice, veggies and fruit salad.
