Slow Cooker Moscow Chicken Recipe

Ingredients
1. Chicken thighs (6)
2. Russian style salad dressing (1bottle about 10 fluid ounce)
3. roughly chopped garlic (2cloves)
4. bacon slices (6)
5. chopped green onion (2)
6. grated ginger root (1/2tsp)
7. salt and pepper (to taste)

Method of preparation:-
1. Take a large frying pan; place it over medium high heat. Cook chicken in it until it gets brown from both sides. Keep the chicken to cool slightly.

2. Then wrap each thigh in a piece of bacon and place it in slow cooker.
Sprinkle the ginger and garlic over the chicken. Spread Russian dressing on the top. Now cook it for about 5 to 6 on low heat. Sprinkle salt and pepper on it according to taste.
