Roasted Thai Chicken Recipe

Ingredients
Chicken thighs (6), minced garlic (4cloves), chopped onion (1), peeled and minced ginger root (3” piece), hot red chilies, seeded and chopped (2), lemon grass, pounded (2stalks ), lime juice (1/3c), white pepper (1/8tsp), salt (1tsp), honey (1/4c).

Method of preparation:-
roasted-thai-chickenTake a baking dish; place the chicken pieces on it with skin side up. Take a sharp knife, cut several slices across each piece of chicken and then cut it into flesh. Take a small bowl, onion, ginger, chilies, lemon grass, lime juice, honey, garlic, salt and pepper in it. Mix all these ingredients to blend it. Then pour this mixture into the chicken. The mixture should be settling on the slits of chicken. Cover it and keep it to marinate for about 1 to 8 hours. Heat the oven to 400 degrees F and then place the pan in oven and roast it for about 35 to 40 minutes until the chicken gets cooked properly.
