Korean Roast Chicken Thighs Recipe
Ingredients
Skinned chicken highs (8), minced green onion (1/2c), honey (3tbsp), ground ginger (1/4tsp), soy sauce (1/2c), sesame oil (3tbsp), minced garlic (2tsp) or garlic powder (1/4tsp), black pepper (1/4tsp).
Method of preparation:-
First heat the oven to 375 degrees F. take a large baking dish, place the chicken thighs with skin side down in it. Take a bowl, mix the remaining ingredients in it and then pour this mixture on the top of the chicken. Place the dish in oven and bake it uncovered for about 45 minutes at 375 degrees F. take out the dish from the oven, turn over the side of chicken and again bake it for 15 minutes more. Now it is ready. Take it out from oven and serve it with salad.
