Honey Mustard Chicken Thighs Recipe
Ingredients
1. Boneless, skinless chicken thighs (1lb package)
2. butter (1tbsp)
3. mustard (1tbsp)
4. honey (3tbsp)
5. minced garlic (2cloves)
6. chopped onion (1)
7. sliced carrots (4)
8. pepper (1/8tsp)
9. salt (1/2tsp)
10. dried thyme leaves (1/2tsp)
Method of preparation:-
1. Take a heavy frying pan, place it over medium heat. Melt butter in it. Add carrots and chicken in it and cook them for about 8 to 10 minutes until the chicken gets brown.
2. Turn the sides of chicken and add the remaining ingredients in it. Cover the pan and keep it to cook for about 10 to 13 minutes by stirring irregularly until the chicken gets cooked properly. Now it is ready, serve it with couscous or hot cooked rice.
