Honey Lemon Chicken Thighs Recipe
Ingredients
1. Chicken thighs (8)
2. chicken stock (1 1/4c)
3. pepper (1/4tsp)
4. rice, uncooked (3/4c)
5. onion (1/2c)
6. oil (3tbsp)
7. soy sauce (1tbsp)
8. honey (2tbsp)
9. lemon (1)
Method of preparation:-
1.Take a lemon, grate 1 teaspoon of zest and squeeze 1 tablespoon of juice from it.
2. Take a bowl, put chicken stock in it and then mix soy sauce, honey, zest and juice of lemon in it.
3. Take a large frying pan, heat oil in it, cover it and cook thighs in it until they get brown. Now take out the thighs from the pan and then add onions in it. Saute the onions until they get soft. Now add the rice, chicken stock mixture and pepper in it. Place the brown thighs on the top.
4. Cover the pan and keep it to simmer for about 30 minutes until the liquid gets absorbed. Now the honey-lemon chicken thigh is ready to serve.
