Herbed Chicken Thighs Recipe

Ingredients
Chicken thighs (8), hot pepper sauce (1/4tsp), garlic (1clove), paprika, thyme and oregano (1tsp), olive oil (1tsp), red wine vinegar (1/4c).

Method of preparation:-
herbed-chicken-thighsFirst heat the oven to 375 degrees F. take a baking dish, lightly grease it. Take chicken, cut and pull off the skin and then place it in baking dish. Take a bowl, mix oregano, thyme, oil, vinegar, garlic, paprika and hot pepper sauce in it. Mix all these ingredients properly and then place this mixture with spoon over chicken in dish. Cover the dish and keep it in the refrigerator for about 15 minutes to 8hours to marinate. Turn the chicken pieces irregularly. Then place the dish in oven and bake it for about 15 minutes at 375 degrees F. Baste with pan juices and again bake it for about 15 to 20 minutes until juices run clear. Take off the fat from the pan juices. Now broil it for 2 to 3 minutes until it gets crispy.
