French Chicken Thighs In Cilantro Sauce Recipe
Ingredients
Chicken thighs, skin and fat removed (2lbs about 8 ounces), finely chopped fresh cilantro (2tbsp), dry white wine (1/2c), peeled and thinly sliced garlic (8cloves), peeled and thinly sliced onion (3/4lbs), corn oil (1 1/2tsp), fresh ground black pepper (1/2tsp), salt (1/2tsp).
Method of preparation:-
Take a large nonstick frying pan, place it over medium heat. Heat oil and add thighs in it and then sauté thighs for about 4 minutes until they get brown from each side. Take out the chicken to a plate. Then add onions to the drippings in the pan and sauté them for about 1 minute. Mix wine garlic and cilantro stems in it and sauté them for about 10 seconds. Again place the chicken into the pan and add salt and pepper in it. Keep it to boil, cover the pan, turn down the heat to low and keep it to boil for about 15 minutes. Mix cilantro leaves in it and then serve it.
