Deviled Chicken Thighs Recipe
Ingredients
Boneless, skinless chicken thighs (8), rice vinegar (1/4 cup), canola oil (1/4 cup), ground black pepper (1/2 tsp), Dijon mustard (1/4 cup), chopped fresh thyme (2 tbsp), plain dry breadcrumbs (1 cup), hot sauce (2 tbsp), and salt (1 tsp).
Method of preparation:-
First heat the oven to 375 degrees F. Take a plastic freezer bag, mix hot sauce and vinegar in it. Add chicken in it and then seal the bag. Shake the bag to coat the chicken properly. Keep the chicken to marinade for about 15 minutes at room temperature. Take a baking pan, mix thyme, breadcrumbs, salt and pepper in it. Take out the chicken from the marinade and place it on paper towel to dry it. Sprinkle mustard over the chicken thighs and then coat them completely with breadcrumbs mixture. Take an oven –proof pan, place it over medium heat and then heat oil in it. Add chicken in it and cook it for about 4 minutes until chicken gets golden brown in color. Turn over the thighs and place the pan in oven. Bake it for about 10 minutes until the chicken gets cooked and its coating changes to brown.
