Crockpot Sweet and Sour Chicken Recipe
Ingredients
Boneless, skinless chicken thighs (2lbs), pepper (1/8tsp), dried thyme leaves (1tsp), frozen broccoli and carrots, thawed and drained (16oz package), sweet and sour sauce (18oz bottle).
Method of preparation:-
Take chicken thighs, cut them into 1-1/2 inch pieces. Take a slow cooker, add chicken pieces and sweet and sour sauce in it. Mix it and cook it for 8 to 10 hours on low until the chicken gets soft and changes its color. Mix thyme, vegetables and pepper in it 20 minutes before serving it. Turn up the heat to high, cover the cooker and cook it for about 20 to 30 minutes until the vegetables get crispy and soft.
