Crockpot Peanut Chicken Recipe
Ingredients
Boneless, skinless chicken thighs (8), chopped roasted peanuts (1/2c), finely chopped ginger root (2tsp), pepper (1/8tsp), salt (1/2tsp), sugar (1tsp), sugar (1tsp), soy sauce (1tbsp), lemon juice (2tbsp), peanut butter (1/3c), chunky salsa (1c), chunky salsa (1c).
Method of preparation:-
Take a Crockpot of 3 to 5 quarter; mix all the ingredients in it except chicken. Then add chicken in it and mix it to coat. Cover the crockpot and keep it to cook for about 8 to 9 hours on low heat until the chicken gets cooked properly. Now it is ready to serve. Sprinkle the chopped peanuts over it and then serve it with hot cooked rice.
