Crockpot Chicken Alfredo Recipe
Ingredients
Boneless, skinless chicken thighs, cubed (2lbs), grated parmesan cheese (1/4c), chopped onion (2), refrigerated fettuccine (9oz pkg.), minced garlic (2cloves), frozen broccoli florets (4c), chopped red bell peppers (1), Alfred sauce (16oz-jar).
Method of preparation:-
Take a Crockpot of 4 quarters, place chicken, red bell peppers and onions in it and then pour the Alfred sauce over it. Cover the pot and cook it for about 7 to 8 hours on low heat. Take broccoli, thaw and drain it and then add it to the Crockpot with fettuccine. Mix it well. Cover the Crockpot and cook it for about 30 to 40 minutes on high heat until the fettuccine gets soft and broccoli gets hot. Now sprinkle the grated parmesan cheese over it and then serve it.
