Country Swiss Chicken Thighs Recipe
Ingredients
Country pride boneless, skinless chicken thighs (1package about 12 ounces), shredded Swiss cheese (1/2c about 2 ounces), pepper (1/4tsp), salt (1/2tsp), caraway seed (1/2tsp), Apple juice (1/2c), coarsely shredded cabbage (4c about 3/4pounds), Red new potatoes, cut into 1 inch thick slices (4small), butter or margarine (3tbsp), paprika (1/2tsp), all purpose flour (2tbsp).
Method of preparation:-
Take a bowl, mix flour and paprika in it and then coat thighs with this mixture. Take a frying pan, melt margarine in it. Add potatoes and chicken in it and then cook the chicken for about 4 minutes until it gets brown. Add cabbage in it and pour the apple juice over it. Then sprinkle salt, pepper and caraway in it. Keep this mixture to boil. Then turn down the heat to low, cover the pan and keep it to simmer for about 20 minutes until the chicken gets soft. When the chicken gets cooked then sprinkles the Swiss cheese over it and serves it.
