Chili Sauce Chicken Recipe

Ingredients
Chicken thighs (8), white wine or chicken broth (1/3c), bottle chili sauce (1 about 12 ounce), pepper (1/8tsp), salt (1/2tsp), dried basil (4 ½ tsp), minced garlic (10 cloves), vegetable oil (1/4c).

Method of preparation:-
chili-sauce-chicken1Take a plastic bag of large size. Mix dried basil, minced garlic, vegetable oil, chicken broth, chili sauce and salt and pepper in it. Mix this mixture properly. Take out 1/3 cup of basting in a bowl, cover it and keep it in refrigerator. Add chicken in the bag, seal the bag and keep it in refrigerator for about 2 hours. Drain the chicken and throw out the marinade from the chicken. Now grill the chicken with skin side down for about 20 minutes over medium heat. Add reserved marinade over it to basting the chicken. Again grill it for about 10 minutes the chicken juices run clear. Now chili sauce chicken is ready to serve.
