Bourbon Chicken Recipe

Ingredients
Bourbon (100ml), chicken meat from thighs (500gms), crushed dry red pepper flakes (1/4tsp), crushed garlic (1clove), chopped green onions (3tbsp), shredded ginger (1/4tsp), sugar (100gms), soy sauce (100ml).

Method of preparation:-
bourbon-chickenTake chicken thighs, remove the bones and skin from the thighs. Then cut the thighs into small bite size pieces. Take a bowl, add all the ingredients in it and mix them properly. Now cover the bowl tightly with wrap. Keep the bowl in the refrigerator overnight to marinate. Heat the oven to 175 degrees C. take a baking dish, place the chicken with marinade to a baking dish. Place the dish in oven and bake the chicken in one layer for about an hour. Basting it a number of times while baking the chicken. If the sauce gets too much thickened then add some water in it. When it gets ready serve it over plain rice.
