Balsamic Chicken Thighs Recipe
Ingredients
1. Skinless chicken thighs (2lbs)
2. cooking spray
3. balsamic vinegar (1/4c)
4. chopped shallots (1/4c)
5. salt and pepper (to taste)
Method of preparation:-
1. Take a large frying pan, spray it with cooking spray and then heat it. Take chicken thighs, wash them and then pat dry them with paper towel. Sprinkle salt and pepper over the chicken thighs.
2. Now fry chicken highs in pan until they get brown in color from all sides. Turn down the heat to low, cover the pan and keep it to cook for about 25 minutes until the thighs get cooked.
3. Add shallots in it and keep it to cook for about 25 minutes until they get soft. Now add balsamic vinegar in it and cook it for about 1 minute more and then turn the side of chicken to coat properly. Place sauce over thighs with spoon and then serve it.
