Asian Spicy Chicken Thighs Recipe
Ingredients
Skinless chicken thighs (2), French bold spicy brown mustard (1tsp), ground ginger (1tsp), garlic powder (1tsp), soy sauce (1tsp), olive oil (1/8c), spice island Thai seasoning (1tsp).
Method of preparation:-
Take a small bowl, mix all the ingredients in it except chicken thighs. Take a zip lock plastic sandwich bag, pour this mixture in it. Now place one thigh in the bag, rub the mixture properly around the thigh to coat it. Now place the second thigh in the bag and coat it properly. Place the bag in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes minimum to overnight. Then place the bag in microwavable dish, cook the chicken in bag partially open for about 5 minutes at ½ powers. Now turn over the bag and again cook it for about 5 minutes at ½ powers. Now take out the chicken from the bag, place it in dish and then keep it to broil on the top shelf for about 5 minutes at high settings.
