Chicken Soup With Tiny Meatballs Recipe

Chicken soup is made with the meat balls in it. It is very easy and tasty dish and ideal for snack and tea parties.

Ingredients:-

Chicken Soup
1. Stewing chicken (2 lb.)
2. Basil (2 1/2 tsp.)
3. Bay leaf (1)
4. Carrots, sliced (5)
5. Clove garlic (1)
6. Onions (1/2 lb. sm.)
7. Water (4 c.)
8. Parsley
9. Celery leaves
10. salt and pepper (to taste)

MEATBALL
1. Beef (1 c. finely minced)
2. Egg (1)
3. Crumbly white bread (1 slice)
4. Salt (1/2 tsp.)
5. Freshly ground black pepper

Chicken soup
1. For the chicken soup place chicken in a large pan with water in it. Add salt, pepper, bay leaf, garlic and basil in it and boil it.

2. Now lower the heat and simmer it for ½ an hour or until the chicken is chicken is tender.

3. Now remove the chicken from the pan and cool it. Now carefully skim fat from the surface of the soup. Bring soup to boil and add onions, parsely, celery and carrots and cook it for simmer for 10 minutes.

Meat balls
1. For meat balls, mix beef with the eggs, salt, bread and pepper. Roll them into small meatballs.

2. Cook it for 35 minutes on the simmer. Mean while , skim and bone the chicken and cut meat into small pieces and garnish the soup with chicken and serve.
