Chicken Salad Supreme Recipe
This chicken salad recipe is full of nutritional value and in this chicken is served with vinegar, pineapple, grapes and ice etc.
Ingredients:-
Chickens (2 lg.), Salad oil (4 tbsp.), Green grapes (1 c.), Orange juice (4 tbsp.), Mandarin oranges (3 c.), Diced celery (3 c.), Raw rice (2 1/2 c), Pineapple chunks (2 c.), Slivered almonds (3 c.), Mayonnaise (1 qt), Vinegar (4 tbsp.), Salt (2 tsp.)
Method Of Preparation:-
Take chicken and wash it properly. Now cut chicken into small pieces and boil the chicken until it becomes tender with no seasonings. Now remove the skin and fat from the chicken and cut it into cubes. Now mix oil, orange juice, salt and vinegar and marinate chicken in it. Marinate it for overnight and keep it in refrigerator. Next day add fruits, cooked rice and nuts and celery. Add mayonnaise and serve it with lettuce, pocket bread or alone.
