Pesto Chicken and Pasta Salad Recipe
Ingredients
Diced cooked chicken (3c), fusilli or short corkscrew pasta (1pound), pesto sauce, purchased or homemade (1c), sliced black olives (1/4c), thinly sliced yellow bell pepper (1small), thinly sliced red bell pepper (1small).
Method of preparation:-
Take a large pot, boil salted water in it and then cook pasta in it for about 7 to 9 minutes until the pasta gets soft. Drain the pasta and place it in serving bowl. Keep it to cool slightly. Now add cooked chicken, pesto sauce, black olives, yellow bell pepper and red bell peppers to cooked pasta in serving bowl. Mix all these ingredients properly to coat with pesto. Now it is ready to serve. Serve it at room temperature.
