Pasta Marinara With Chicken and Mushrooms Recipe
Ingredients
Rotini, cooked and drained (8oz), boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into pieces (4), red pasta sauce (15 oz jar), sliced mushrooms (2c), skinned and chopped tomato (1), grated parmesan 91/4c).
Method of preparation:-
Take a saucepan, place it over medium heat. Heat oil in it and add chicken in it and cook it for about 3 minutes. Then add garlic and mushrooms in it and cook it for about 3 minutes by stirring. Add spaghetti sauce in it and keep it to simmer for about 5 minutes until the chicken gets heated properly. Mix tomatoes in it. Now serve the chicken mixture over the pasta. Dust the parmesan cheese over it and serve it.
