Greek Chicken Pasta Recipe

Ingredients
Skinless boneless chicken breast meat- cut up into bite size pieces (1 pound), uncooked pasta (1pound), dried oregano (2tsp), chopped red onion (1/2c), crushed garlic (2cloves), olive oil (1tbsp), lemon wedges (2 for garnish), salt and pepper (to taste), lemon juice (2tbsp), chopped fresh parsley (3tbsp), crumbled feta cheese (1/2c), chopped tomato (1large).

Method of preparation:-
greek-chicken-pastaTake a large pot, put salted water in it and keep it to boil. Then cook pasta in it until it gets soft for about 8 to 10 minutes. Drain the pasta and keep it aside. Meanwhile take a large frying pan, place it over medium high heat. Heat oil in it and then add onion and garlic in it. Saute them for about 2 minutes. Add chicken in the pan and cook it for about 5 to 6 minutes until the chicken changes to pink by stirring it irregularly. Now turn down the heat to low and then add tomato, parsley, regano, artichoke hearts, feta cheese, lemon juice and cooked pasta in the chicken mixture. Cook it for about 2 to 3 minutes by stirring it until the mixture gets heated. Now take off the pan from heat and season it with salt and pepper according to taste. Then decorate the chicken pasta with lemon wedges and then serve it.
