Farfalle With Sweet Peppers Sauce and Chicken Recipe
Ingredients
Thinly sliced boneless, skinless chicken (1pound), farfalle pasta (1box), extra virgin olive oil (2tbsp), chopped fresh basil (2tbsp), Romano cheese (1/3c), sweet pepper pasta sauce (1jar).
Method of preparation:-
Take a large frying pan, place it over heat. Heat olive oil in it. Add chicken in it and cook it until it gets golden brown. Add sweet pepper sauce in it. Reduce the heat to low and keep it to simmer for about 5 to 10 minutes. Now cook the pasta in a large pot according to the instructions on the package. Drain the pasta and then add this hot pasta to the sauce. Add basil and Romano cheese over the pasta. Mix it properly and then serve it.
