Colorful Chicken Farfalle Recipe
Ingredients
Skinless, boneless chicken breast fillets, cut into strips (3), farfalle pasta (1package about 500gm), balsamic vinegar (8tbsp), chopped fresh basil leaves (handful0, thickly sliced courgette (1), yellow pepper, cut into strips (1), red pepper, cut into strips (10, red pepper, cut into strips (1), minced garlic (8cloves), salt and freshly ground black pepper (to taste), olive oil, divided (2tbsp).
Method of preparation:-
Take pasta; cook it according to instructions on package. Drain it and keep it aside. Take a large pan, place it over medium heat. Sauté garlic in it for about 2 minutes. And then add chicken in it and cook it gats cooked. Then take it out from the pan and keep it aside. Add 1 tablespoon of olive oil in the same pan and heat it. Sauté courgette, yellow, red and green peppers in it until they get soft. Take a large bowl, mix balsamic vinegar, basil, pepper mixture, chicken and farfalle in it. Mix it properly and then serve it.
