Chicken Pot Pie Pasta Recipe
Ingredients
1. Boneless skinless chicken breasts, cubed (2lb)
2. rotini or bow tie pasta (1 12-16 oz)
3. milk (1 1/2c)
4. frozen peas (2c)
5. cream of chicken soup (2cans about 10 ¾ oz)
6. butter (1/4c)
7. grated parmesan cheese (2/3c)
8. salt and pepper (to taste)
9. garlic powder (1tsp)
10. red pepper, chopped (1)
Method of preparation:-
1. Take pasta; cook it in a pan according to the instructions on the package of pasta.
2. Meanwhile, take a Dutch oven, place it over medium heat. Melt butter in it and then cook chicken and red pepper in it for about 10 minutes until the chicken gets cooked.
3. Mix all other ingredients in it except parmesan cheese. Keep the mixture to boil and then turn down the heat to low and keep the mixture to simmer uncovered for about 5 minutes. Now add parmesan cheese in it.
4. Drain the pasta and put it into the chicken mixture and mix it well. Now the chicken pot pie pasta is ready to serve. Enjoy it.
