Chicken Pasta Picnic Bowl Recipe

Ingredients
1. Diced cooked chicken (2c)
2. elbow macaroni (1pkg. about 8 ounces)
3. salt (1tsp)
4. tarragon vinegar (1/3c)
5. vegetable oil (1/2c)
6. sliced celery (1/2c)
7. diced cheddar cheese (1c)
8. frozen peas and carrots (1pkg. about 10 ounces)
9. chopped green onion (2tbsp)
10. chopped parsley (2tbsp)
11. pepper (1/4tsp)
12. dry mustard (1/4tsp)
13. leaf marjoram, crumbled (1/2tsp)
14. sugar (1/2tsp)

Method of preparation:-
1. Take a pot, cook macaroni in it according to instructions of pasta package. Drain macaroni, wash it in cold water and again drain it.

2. Cook frozen carrots and peas in pan according to package instructions until they get soft. Drain carrots and peas, keep them to cool and then add them in cooked macaroni in a large bowl. Then add chicken, celery and cheese in it.

3. Take a jar with tight fitting, mix all the remaining ingredients in it by shaking them. Then pour this mixture over the macaroni and mix it well. Keep it in refrigerator to chill. Now decorate it with tomatoes and crispy lettuce.
