Chicken Macaroni Casserole Recipe

Ingredients
Diced cooked chicken (3c), butter (6tbsp), chicken broth (3c), cooked eggs (2hard), soft or fine dry bread crumbs mix with 2 teaspoon of melted butter (1/2c), cooked frozen peas (1c), cooked shell or elbow macaroni (2c), pepper (1/4tsp), salt (1tsp) and flour (6tbsp).

Method of preparation:-
chicken-macaroni-casseroleTake a saucepan, place it over low heat and melt 6 tablespoon of butter in it. Mix flour, pepper and salt in it until the mixture becomes smooth. Slowly add chicken broth in it and cook it over medium heat until the mixture gets thicken. Take a casserole of 1 ½ to 2 quarters, place chicken, peas, cooked macaroni and egg slices in it. Then pour the hot chicken sauce over it. Sprinkle buttered bread crumbs on top. Place the casserole in oven and bake it for 25 to 30 minutes at 375 degrees F until it gets brown. Now it is ready to serve.
