Southern Spicy Healthy Fried Chicken Recipe
This is the easiest recipe which I ever make in my home and everyone love it. Chicken is made with corn flakes and spices and is very tasty.
Ingredients:
Chicken legs (8), Chicken thighs (8), Smashed corn flakes (1 cup), Eggs (4), Cumin (1 tsp), Pumpkin pie spice (1/2 tsp), Red pepper (1 tsp), Onion powder (1 tsp)
Method Of Preparation:-
Firstly preheat the oven to 375 ° and in a bowl combine the spices and the smashed corn flakes. In another bowl beat the eggs lightly. Now line a cookie sheet with the foil and dip the chicken in the eggs and then in the mixture of spices. Coat the chicken properly and then place it on a cookie sheet and bake it for 30 -35 minutes or until brown from both sides. Turn once while baking the chicken.
