Southern Spicy Healthy Fried Chicken Recipe
This is the easiest recipe which I ever make in my home and everyone love it. Chicken is made with corn flakes and spices and is very tasty.
Ingredients:
1. Chicken legs (8)
2. Chicken thighs (8)
3. Smashed corn flakes (1 cup)
4. Eggs (4)
5. Cumin (1 tsp)
6. Pumpkin pie spice (1/2 tsp)
7. Red pepper (1 tsp)
8. Onion powder (1 tsp)
Method Of Preparation:-
1. Firstly preheat the oven to 375 ° and in a bowl combine the spices and the smashed corn flakes.
2. In another bowl beat the eggs lightly. Now line a cookie sheet with the foil and dip the chicken in the eggs and then in the mixture of spices.
3. Coat the chicken properly and then place it on a cookie sheet and bake it for 30 -35 minutes or until brown from both sides. Turn once while baking the chicken.
