Skinless, boneless chicken pieces are baked in a rich sauce that includes sour cream, dry sherry, and water chestnuts.

Ingredients:-
1. 10 to 12 chicken pieces (skinned and boned)
2. Chicken stock (2½ cups)
3. Paprika (2½ tsp.)
4. Butter (1/4 cup)
5. Cayenne pepper (1/4 tsp.)
6. Sour cream (2 cups)
7. Worcestershire sauce (2 tbsp.)
8. Large clove garlic (finely minced ,1)
9. 1 cup Flour (1 cup)
10. Ground ginger (1/4 tsp.)
11. Nutmeg (1/8 tsp.)
12. Salt (1 tsp.)
13. Freshly ground pepper (1/4 tsp)
14. Dry sherry (1/4 cup)
15. Water chestnuts ( drained and sliced, 15)
16. chopped basil leaves

Method Of Preparation:-
1. Firstly, take a bag and in that bag put the mixture of flour, ginger, basil, paprika, nutmeg, salt, ground pepper and cayenne pepper. Now put the chicken pieces and shake it well.

2. In the meantime plug your oven and preheat to 325 degrees while you are preparing the things. Take a skillet and put the butter in it. Heat it. Now put the chicken, after shaking it, in the skillet. Cook it until it has golden brown color from all sides.

3. Transfer it into a baking dish. Saute garlic in same skillet for 2 minutes. Now add chicken stock, Worcestershire sauce, water chestnuts, sour cream and sherry in it and stir it well.

4. Heat it thoroughly by continuously stirring but take care not to boil it. Now pour it over the chicken and bake it uncovered for at least 1 hour or until the chicken becomes tender.
